- Morning: 2027 Election Results and Board of Directors Meeting

The NAOC Annual General Membership Meeting
December 8 – 10, 2026 at the Mariott La Jolla Hotel in San Diego, CA.

Pre-Registration Closes on December 1st, if you do not register before this date then you will not have a pre-printed badge at the registration desk.

There is no registration fee for Government Attendees, and no fee for attendees from Member Companies.
Non-NAOC members can attend the General Membership Meeting Technical Sessions for a $650 Fee (Guests are excluded from the Board of Director Meetings). If you choose to join after attending the Annual Meeting then your fee will be deducted from your 1st years membership dues. Please contact the Member Services Chairperson or the Treasurer for questions or to be invoiced for the Guest fee. If you refer a Guest, then your Company can receive a $100 discount off of your Membership Dues.

Meeting Dates: Tuesday December 8th through Thursday 11th. – You will have to manually input the dates you want to arrive and depart as Marriott extended the negotiated rate 3 days before and 3 days after, should anyone want to come early or stay late. Negotiated rates start Friday, December 04, 2026, and end Tuesday, December 15, 2026. If a date appears full please reach out and I will work with the hotel to see if more rooms can be added for those dates: Member Services Chairperson
