The NAOC Annual General Membership Meeting
December 8 – 10, 2026 at the Mariott La Jolla Hotel in San Diego, CA.

Pre-Registration Closes on December 1st, if you do not register before this date then you will not have a pre-printed badge at the registration desk.

Meeting Dates: Tuesday December 8th through Thursday 11th. – You will have to manually input the dates you want to arrive and depart as Marriott extended the negotiated rate for 3 days before and 3 days after, should anyone wants to come early or stay late. Negotiated rates start Friday, December 04, 2026, and end Tuesday, December 15, 2026.
- $279.00 USD per night plus applicable taxes and fees (currently 12.75% occupancy tax, 2% Marketing Tourism District assessment fee, and $0.50 CA Tourism fee)

Note: There is no registration fee for Government Attendees, and no fee for attendees from Member Companies.
Non-NAOC members can attend the General Membership Meeting Technical Sessions for a $650 Fee (Guests are excluded from the Board of Director Meetings). Please contact the Member Services Chairperson or the Treasurer for questions or to be invoiced for the Guest fee. If you refer a Guest, then your Company can receive a $100 discount off of your Membership Dues.
