Dates and venue for our 2025 Annual Membership Meeting:

DATES: Tuesday, December 9 through Thursday, December 11

VENUE: The DeSoto in Savannah, GA

Approximate Schedule of Events (to be finalized):

  • Tuesday 9th:
    • Morning: Board of Directors Meeting and Results of the Election
    • Afternoon: Separate tracks of technical sessions and trainings (MR-QAPP Module I and II)
    • EOD Warrior Fundraiser 5k Fun Run/ Walk - Forsyth Park
    • Evening: Bourbon Tasting - additional cost to attend,: Payment must be received by Dec 1stNAOC 2025 Bourbon Tasting Payment
  • Wednesday 10th:
    • Day:Technical Sessions
    • Evening: Happy Hour Reception
  • Thursday 11th: Technical Sessions and Trainings (Construction Quality Management(CQM) and MR-QAPP Module I and II Continued)

Note that we have been informed of a drop in government in-person attendance due to travel approvals not yet being granted. We are actively working to get approval for virtual presentations.

The MR-QAPP and CQM Trainings will proceed as planned.

We expect to have an updated agenda ready by Monday, as many details remain in flux and virtual participation may still be confirmed at the last minute.

Please register now for the NAOC Annual General Membership Meeting December 9 – 11, 2025 At The DeSoto in Savannah, GA. 

Pre-Registration Closed on December 1st, if you did not register before this date then you will not have a pre-printed badge at the registration desk.

Our Hotel Room block expired on November 10th. There is a cancellation fee for cancelling your room within 72 hours of the event.

Remember you must both register to attend AND book your hotel room separately!


Note: There is no registration fee for Government Attendees, and no fee for attendees from Member Companies.

Non-NAOC members can attend the General Membership Meeting Technical Sessions for a $650 Fee (Guests are excluded from the Board of Director Meetings). Please contact the Member Services Chairperson or the Treasurer for questions or to be invoiced for the Guest fee. If you refer a Guest, then your Company can receive a $100 discount off of your Membership Dues.

SIP & Support Bourbon Tasting Fundraiser. 

DECEMBER 9 @ 6:00 PM at the DeSoto

$115.71 TOTAL INCLUDES 3 Pre-SELECTED BOURBONS & FOOD + A DONATION TO THE EOD WARRIOR FOUNDATION. 

PAYMENT REQUIRED BY DECEMBER 1st. 

You must pre-pay to attend the event. Guests may visit/mingle during the tasting but no food or beverages will be provided.

Bourbon Flight selections: Weller Reserve, Art of Alchemy, and Belle Meade Reserve

Food includes lite bites: Mac & Cheese Bites; BBQ Pork Sliders; and Brownies

Price includes: 3 bourbons, food, taxes, service charges, donation to EOD Warrior foundation, and a credit card service fee.

EOD Warrior Fundraisers:

We plan to conduct several fundraisers this year at the General Membership Meeting with all proceeds/donations going towards the EOD warrior foundation. 

  • Continue with our annual 5K fundraiser; however, this year we are coordinating to hold an in-person fun run/walk in a nearby park for those who wish to participate in person. Stay tuned for more details and a link to register! Link to Register, Donate, or purchase a T-Shirt.

  • SIP & Support Bourbon Tasting Fundraiser. DECEMBER 9 @ 6:00 PM. $115.71 TOTAL INCLUDES 3 Pre-SELECTED BOURBONS & FOOD + A DONATION TO THE EOD WARRIOR FOUNDATION. PAYMENT WAS REQUIRED BY DECEMBER 1st. You must pre-pay to attend the event. Full breakdown of costs was provided on the payment page. Guests may choose to mingle during the tasting but no food or beverages will be provided.

  • Conduct an in-person cash 50/50 raffle (50% of the proceeds to the winner and 50% to the EOD Warrior Foundation). Tickets will only be available for purchase using cash in person Tuesday and Wednesday prior to the Evening Reception, when the winner will be announced. Must be present to win, drawing will be held at the Wednesday evening reception. 

  • Conduct and in-person raffle of donated items. Must be present to win, drawing will be held at the Wednesday evening reception. Raffle will be conducted through the purchase of tickets. Please contact the Members Services Chairperson if you would like to donate any items.
