- Tuesday 9th:
- Morning: Board of Directors Meeting and Results of the Election
- Afternoon: Separate tracks of technical sessions and trainings (MR-QAPP Module I and II)
- EOD Warrior Fundraiser 5k Fun Run/ Walk - Forsyth Park
- Evening: Bourbon Tasting Fundraiser- additional cost to attend
- Wednesday 10th:
- Day:Technical Sessions
- Evening: Happy Hour Reception
- Thursday 11th: Trainings (Construction Quality Management(CQM) and MR-QAPP Module I and II Continued)

The NAOC Annual General Membership Meeting December 9 – 11, 2025 At The DeSoto in Savannah, GA.
Pre-Registration Closed on December 1st, if you did not register before this date then you will not have a pre-printed badge at the registration desk.
Our Hotel Room block expired on November 10th. There is a cancellation fee for cancelling your room within 72 hours of the event.
Remember you must both register to attend AND book your hotel room separately!
Note: There is no registration fee for Government Attendees, and no fee for attendees from Member Companies.
Non-NAOC members can attend the General Membership Meeting Technical Sessions for a $650 Fee (Guests are excluded from the Board of Director Meetings). Please contact the Member Services Chairperson or the Treasurer for questions or to be invoiced for the Guest fee. If you refer a Guest, then your Company can receive a $100 discount off of your Membership Dues.
EOD Warrior Fundraisers:
We conducted several fundraisers this year at the General Membership Meeting with all proceeds/donations going towards the EOD Warrior Foundation.

Annual 5K fundraiser: An in-person fun run/walk in nearby Forsyth park for those who wished to participate in person and virtual for those unable to attend. There was also the availability to donate or purchase a T-shirt only. Over $5,000 was raised during the 5K!

SIP & Support Bourbon Tasting Fundraiser. DECEMBER 9 @ 6:00 PM. Cost included 3 Pre-SELECTED BOURBONS & FOOD + A DONATION TO THE EOD WARRIOR FOUNDATION. 60 people registered for the event and $600 were donated.

In-person cash 50/50 raffle (50% of the proceeds to the winner and 50% to the EOD Warrior Foundation). Tickets were available for purchase in person Tuesday and Wednesday prior to the Evening Reception, when the winner was announced. Over 330 tickets were purchased and the winner graciously donated the proceeds back to the EOD Warrior Foundation.

In-person raffle of donated items. Raffle was conducted through the purchase of tickets in person Tuesday and Wednesday prior to the Evening Reception, when the winners were announced. Over 1,330 tickets were sold for 9 donated items including a Deminer kit, an EOD Warrior Replica Memorial Statue, several bottles of bourbon, whiskey, wine and others.
