Spotlight Your Firm

NAOC is transitioning to an Annual Sponsorship model, replacing sponsorships for the Annual Meeting only. Sponsorships can be claimed throughout the year and sponsors will be listed once payment is received. This Annual Sponsor model will allow for more recognition for the sponsors over a longer time period and will allow for better planning and distribution of funds from only the Annual Meeting towards expanding other events such as the Fly-In.

Complete the below form to secure one of these opportunities to spotlight your firm.

Platinum Sponsorship ($3,000)

 $3,000 each. Top billing on all sponsorship listings.

Gold Sponsorship ($2,000)

$2,000 each. 2nd billing on all sponsorship listings.

Silver Sponsorship ($1,000)

Lanyard Sponsorship

-Available for the Annual meeting only. Cost will vary (~$400-$700) and includes the sponsor designing and having the lanyards produced for the Annual meeting. Sponsor Logo should be prominantly displayed with the NAOC logo. Design must be approved by the Membership Committee before production.

SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES AVAILABLE

Complete the below form to secure one of these opportunities to spotlight your firm:

  • All sponsor firm names and/or logos will be displayed on membership emails from the Board of Directors and Committee Chairpersons.

  • All sponsor firm names and/or logos will be displayed on the NAOC website.

  • During the Annual meeting all sponsor firm logos will be displayed during the meeting on the program agenda, on posters, and on the AV screen between presentations.

  • The first 6 Platinum or Gold Sponsors will have their firm logo included on the NAOC 5k EOD Warrior T-Shirt. (Shirts will be printed continuously throughout the year after registration opens until the event in December, sponsors that claim later in the year may therefore not be included on all shirts.)
