The 2026 NAOC Fly-In is scheduled for Wednesday March 18, 2026.

The annual NAOC Congressional Fly-In is a grassroots effort to engage with members of Congress and one of the most effective tools we have for generating support for NAOC’s legislative priorities. This event is one of the reasons behind our success in receiving programmatic language and increased funding included in the annual Defense Authorization and Appropriations bills.

Please be prepared to discuss program challenges and successes. Real life experience carries a lot of weight pursuing program efficiencies.
